Nourish Our Neighbors

Make a difference in our community while exploring the wonders of aquatic life! Greater Cleveland Aquarium is once again partnering with Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland for Nourish Our Neighbors, a weeklong donation drive supporting local families in need.

From November 12 through November 18, guests are encouraged to bring nonperishable food or hygiene items to help stock the shelves for our neighbors. As a thank-you, guests who donate will receive $7 off same-day general admission!

How to Participate

Giving back is easy! Simply bring a nonperishable food or hygiene item to Greater Cleveland Aquarium during the donation drive and present it at the ticket counter when purchasing admission.

For each item donated, one guest will receive $7 off their same-day general admission ticket. Discounts are available for in-person ticket purchases only and cannot be applied to tickets purchased online.

Special Opportunity for Annual Passholders

Annual Passholders can get in on the giving, too! Passholders who donate will receive one raffle entry for a chance to win a special fish-feeding experience with an Aquarist for all members named on their Annual Pass.

More Ways to Give Back

Throughout the week, guests can learn more about Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland and its work to support local families. Representatives from Hunger Network will also be on-site Saturday and Sunday to share information and accept cash donations.

Guests can also support the cause by rounding up their purchases in the Aquarium Gift Shop, with all round-up donations benefiting Hunger Network.

While exploring the Aquarium, be sure to look for special “Food for Thought” signs highlighting what some of our aquatic residents eat!

Have a large donation? Guests who need assistance bringing donations into the Aquarium can call 216.862.8803 for help from a staff member.
