Groups with Disabilities
Greater Cleveland Aquarium welcomes groups with special needs. Group rates are available with advance reservation. To learn more, click here.
Sensory Hour
We open an hour early exclusively for guests with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and sensory processing differences to provide an opportunity exploring nearby lakes and faraway oceans in a comfortable and accepting environment. For the full Sensory Hour schedule, click here.
Service Animals
The Aquarium welcomes handlers with trained service dogs in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Only working service dogs that meet ADA standards are allowed inside the Aquarium. Under the ADA a service dog “has been individually trained to work or perform tasks for assisting a person with a disability.”
