Red-Winged Blackbird

Urban Birding with @CLEAquarium

The Greater Cleveland Aquarium is situated next to the Cuyahoga River and close to Lake Erie, so the area around us can play host to an interesting variety of bird species. Join an Aquarium educator in locating as many birds as possible and contribute to citizen science as we log the data in real-time using the eBird app. Learn about different bird adaptations before searching for them in the field. The Aquarium will provide binoculars and a guide of birds commonly seen in the area.

No birding experience necessary. Self-guide through the Aquarium following the program.
