Self-Guided Groups

We require 1 adult chaperone per 10 students for grades pre-K to 12. Students must always be accompanied by a chaperone while in the Aquarium.

No refunds on purchased tickets. We will be happy to reschedule your group’s visit for a future date with 24-hour advance notice.

The group leader should come to the Ticket Counter and check-in with our Guest Experience team.

Buses are permitted to park in the rear of the parking lot. Bus drivers receive complimentary admission.

We offer a group discount for self-guided groups of 20 or more, with advance registration and are subject to availability. For groups of 19 and fewer, general admission tickets can be purchased here.

Trips should be booked at least 72 hours in advance and payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Lunch space is not available inside the building. Outdoor and picnic-style areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis, weather permitting.

To reduce the number of lost and found items, we ask that all students leave coats and backpacks on the bus, if possible. We do not have storage areas for outerwear.
